Eligible participants:

Eligible for participation are natural persons who have their residence in Austria, Germany or Switzerland and are at least 15 years old. The participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not linked to the purchase of a product or service. In case a participant is limited in his/her legal capacity, he/she requires their legal representative’s approval. Additionally, the organizer of the raffle reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at his own discretion, if legitimate reasons apply like (a) manipulation relating to access or execution of the raffle, (b) violations of the terms of participation, (c) unfair activities or (d) incorrect or misleading information relating to the participation in the raffle.

Awarding of the prize:

The winner will be elected by the Superpark Planai team.

There’s no obligation to accept the prize. If the winner is not contacting the Instagram channel @superpark_planai via direct message within 14 days after the end of the raffle, the claim for the prize expires without substituition. A cash payment, payment in other real values or swapping the prize is not possible!
