For a perfect shred day, you need to be well prepared. True to the motto "Preps are the key", we would like to give you a few healthy hacks to make your shred sessions unforgettable.

Morning Routine

The early bird catches the sessions. Get up early and start the day comfortably but energetically. We recommend getting up 2 hours before the shred session and starting with an ample but well-balanced breakfast. After that, it's time for bathroom self-care, so that you feel good from head to toe and you feel prepared for a few shred performances.
